This is a project I’ve created to help people move better, build strength, and feel good in their bodies for the long term.
I’ve always been drawn to movement. I started with yoga when I was 18 - it made me feel calm and grounded. Later, I discovered Pilates.
Pilates really clicked for me after I had abdominal surgery. Not being able to move was tough. Rebuilding my strength and mobility made me realize how important movement is - and how much we take it for granted. That’s when Pilates became personal.
Now, I teach from that experience - knowing what it’s like to start from scratch. Pilates isn’t a trend for me. It’s about understanding the body, improving the way we move, and taking care of ourselves.
