This is a project I’ve created to help people move better, build strength, and feel good in their bodies for the long term.
I’ve always been drawn to movement. I started with yoga when I was 18 - it made me feel calm and grounded. Later, I discovered Pilates.
Pilates really clicked for me after I had abdominal surgery. Not being able to move was tough. Rebuilding my strength and mobility made me realize how important movement is - and how much we take it for granted. That’s when Pilates became personal.
Now, I teach from that experience - knowing what it’s like to start from scratch. Pilates isn’t a trend for me. It’s about understanding the body, improving the way we move, and taking care of ourselves.

I've absolutely loved doing reformer Pilates with Faye! I usually get quite intimidated in group classes, so I never end up going — but with Faye, it's one-on-one and completely tailored to me, which has made such a difference. She made me feel comfortable right from the start, and the first lesson was free, which was a great way to see if it was the right fit. Not only is she knowledgeable and supportive during the sessions, but she's also given me exercises to do at home to help work on the areas I need. I honestly couldn’t recommend her more!

I’m soooooo happy and grateful I found Faye!!! She’s the absolute best! I’m doing Pilates reformer sessions with Faye 3x per week, and every single time it amazes me how much she knows about eeeeeverything in regards to the body, movements, health, etc! She has an answer for everything you might ask and you can feel that she’s so knowledgeable because what she does is literally her passion! Every time I leave Faye’s class, I not only feel stronger, but also smarter ☺️ I’ve tried many other Pilates trainers / studios, but nothing comes close to Faye - if I could give 10 stars I would!

I love Faye’s classes! She’s so knowledgeable in different aspects of human body: yoga, pilates, anatomy, and much much much more. I love how thoroughly she watches every single movement of mine and she instantly notices even the slightest deviation that leads to the wrong results and she corrects you right away. I have inguinal hernia, and Faye is helping me to build my inner strength without over stressing my body. I also had issues with the pelvic floor after giving birth, and I could feel the difference in my posture, in my everyday and personal life from day 1 of training with Faye! I was super impressed! Definitely recommend sessions with Faye. It’s worth it 10000%. Thank you so much!❤️❤️❤️
